When you think of a dairy cow, what comes to mind? Black and white? Brown? Red and white? At Beauty View Farm just outside of Wahoo, they raise Geurnseys. Known for their rich, golden color of milk, she was given the title “Golden Guernsey.” Their milk color is due to high levels of beta carotene (a source of vitamin A) in the milk.
